About me
In November 2025, I completed The ADHD Coaching Course with Alex Conner and Sally Cater at The ADHD Coaching Academy, with whom I now have regular supervision.
I also work as a personal assistant and administrator for neurodivergent adults, volunteer for ADHDAdultUK, and I’m certified by the yoga alliance as a teacher; I’m particularly interested in making yoga and mindfulness accessible for neurodivergent minds.
I used to be a support worker with a range of clients, including people experiencing homelessness, people escaping domestic violence, adults with learning disabilities, and older people with dementia.
In my forties, after spending what felt like forever on waiting lists, I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2024 and as autistic in 2025.
I’ve been treated for depression, anxiety, cPTSD and substance misuse disorder. It wasn’t until I began to understand my neurotype that I was able to find the support I need to navigate my life and this world with more ease. Before that, I felt like the proverbial square peg being forced into a round hole.

My experiences, personally and professionally, have convinced me that everyone I meet is unique and deserves to have their individuality respected. No two people with ADHD are the same. In coaching, I aim to create a space where people feel safe to be themselves, knowing they will be heard, valued, and supported, exactly as they are.
